Women healing from abusive or harmful relational dynamics that continue to live within the body long after the relationship has changed or ended.

This may include:

• Abusive or manipulative romantic partners
• Emotionally harmful family relationships
• Toxic friendships
• Relationships marked by control, gaslighting, intimidation or emotional abuse
• Any dynamic that left your body carrying fear, shame, hypervigilance, guilt or emotional residue

This Chamber is not about releasing people.

It is about releasing the harm.

When a woman has lived within harmful relational dynamics, the body often remembers long after the mind has decided to move forward.

Sometimes it remembers through fear. Sometimes through hypervigilance.

Sometimes through guilt, shame, people-pleasing, difficulty trusting, shrinking or constantly preparing for the next wound.

Whether the harm came through word, silence, manipulation, betrayal, control, hand or gaze, these experiences can leave emotional and embodied imprints upon the heart, womb, nervous system and sense of self.

This Chamber gently witnesses those imprints and invites the body into release.

Not revenge.

Not forgetting.

Restoration.

A return to sovereignty.
